After 20 years in the NHS and eight years working as a paediatric research nurse within the NHS, I developed a deep understanding of how much families juggle — the appointments, the admin, the logistics, the emotional load, and the constant coordination that keeps life moving.
Alongside my clinical career, my time as an Associate PA strengthened my organisational expertise even further. Managing complex diaries, handling confidential information, coordinating schedules, and keeping busy households and professionals running smoothly became second nature.
